Your new role

As their business continues to grow in China, they are looking for a National Sales Director based in Beijing to drive their sales performance and make their success continue across China.

In this critical role, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for their China’s Sales Team to drive the sales, marketing strategies and contribute to the key commercial goals and targets by formulating annual plans and leading the sales targets to fulfil the annual business plan. As the key decision maker for the company in China, you will also provide key leadership and management in the company, such as attending relevant ceremonies or conferences on behalf of the company. You will also be one key decision maker in recruiting senior management team members.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this role, you should have over 15 years’ experience in commercial relevant functions in commercial life Sciences with a successful track record in providing key leadership.
