Your new role

With the business expanding aggressively, they are seeking an experienced BD Manager to be responsible for Global and Chinese Business Development in clinical trials.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for management and development of external relationships, to cooperate with all teams in bidding efficiently when there is a business opportunity; You will lead contractual negotiations to follow up with the implementation of the contract, and to deal with customer feedback to ensure the contract amount is within that of clinical operational services.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of Business Development/ Contract leading experience in CRO/ Pharmaceutical Sectors with good skills in Negotiation and Business Development.
