Promoting the Group Sustainability equity story to Mainland investors

Working with rest of IR team in co-ordination efficient and optimal investor targeting and liaison.

Participating, supporting and contribution to marketing of the Group to stakeholders in liaison with Government affairs and Communications teams across the Group and supporting
stakeholder activity in Mainland
for Plc Board, management and staff

Principal liaison for IR team with CPL, co-ordinating market communications by the business with the Group, understanding product, strategy and operational developments in CPL

Partnering with CFO and Board of CPL in terms of participation in marketing CPL to investors and sell side

Identifying equity story and proof points for differentiation of the CPL business

Planning, preparing and executing roadshows in Mainland and other markets, including design and creation of Investor documents and presentation materials

Briefing plc staff and management on significant market developments and peer group IR activity

Participation in preparation and delivery of external reporting for q1/ HY, Q3, FY and Investor Events

Contribution to IR deliverables for Board and management – weekly IR and Monthly IR reports

Monitoring of large shareholder movements in Mainland peer group

Informed on key listing and legal and reporting obligations of the plc and aware of key developments and IR targeting programme.

Self starter, confident, with credible presence and

Detailed knowledge and relationships in investor and investment banking communities

Native Mandarin and Fluent English

Experienced in engagement with senior management and Board members of international and Mainland listed corporates

Good product and technical knowledge of Mainland Insurance and asset management industry

Good appreciation of international capital markets and economics

Strong ethical and compliance behaviours reflecting international best practice
