Your new role
Be responsible for product market share increase in chemical/petrochemical/O&G/fine chemical (in short chemical) in defined regions.
Be responsible for vertical transparency in defined regions, e.g., market potential, trends, ecosystem (key end user, OEM, EPC/SI, Design Institute etc.), key competitors etc.
Drive and closely align with Hub sales to implement Vertical Master Plans as well as their regular review.
Lead and support Cross Hub collaboration on top accounts.
Prepare vertical promotion materials and ramp up team competence, especially sales competence.
Be responsible for vertical reference management and sharing.
Initiate portfolio feedback to Product Portfolio Management on vertical requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 5 years vertical sales or business development related experience in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, fine chemical.
Deep understanding of vertical transparency, e.g., vertical trends, key players, technical requirements.
Technical background is preferred. A Bachelor or above in a technical field will be a plus.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Passionate & self-motivated.
Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
Good intercultural skills.
