We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner Lead to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals in the Technology and Internet Services Research and Development field. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners who consult with line management, provide daily HR guidance, analyse trends and metrics, resolve complex employee relations issues, improve work relationships and productivity, and suggest HR strategies. You will act as a strategic partner for the business, aligning HR practices with business objectives to support the organization’s success.
As an HR Business Partner Lead in the Technology and Internet Services R&D field, you will have a strong knowledge of the specific skills and qualifications required for different positions in this sector. You will be able to use various online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, job boards) to source potential candidates who have relevant experience and interest in technology, innovation, and development. You will also coach and mentor your team members, monitor their performance, and provide feedback.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as an HR Business Partner Lead or a similar senior HR role in the Technology and Internet Services R&D field or a related industry. You will also need to have excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and regulations. You will also need to have strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as a customer-oriented and results-driven attitude.
