Your new role

We are looking for a seasoned investment partner who is very good at fundraising.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Fundraising:Assisting in raising capital for the fund from institutional and individual investors；Building and maintaining relationships with limited partners (LPs).
2. Deal Sourcing：Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities；Building relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other investors to source deals.
3. Due Diligence：Conducting thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
4. Deal Execution:Leading negotiations and structuring investment deals；Coordinating with legal, financial, and other advisors to close deals.
5. Portfolio Management:Working closely with portfolio companies to drive growth and improve performance；Providing strategic guidance and support to management teams.
6. Exit Strategies：Developing and executing exit strategies to maximise returns on investments.
