质量总监，汇报总经理，带领团队40+人
1.负责工厂质量体系的建设与完善工作
2.负责组织制定公司的质量标准及标准
3.负责产品质量控制和质量控制体系建设,对质量问题进行跟踪解决并处理异常问题
4.负责制定并实施内部审核计划,监督过程改善的有效性,并对结果进行评估改进
5.负责制定质量工作计划和年度目标分解,指导各部门落实
6.组织各部门进行质量管理培训和考核
7.完成上级交办的其它事项
What you'll need to succeed
1.本科以上学历
2.具有工业机械设备质量管理经验
3.熟悉iso9001质量管理体系运作流程及各项制度
4.具有较强的沟通能力、组织协调能力以及较强的应变能力
5.具备管理技巧，有丰富的团队管理经验
6.英文水平良好，读写流利
