To maintain relationships with our current OEM customers and establish new connections with other different kinds of customers.
In charge of OEM customer’s sales and service activities.
Develop new projects for existing OEM customers and develop new OEM customers in the future.
Maintain good customer relationships, recover, and develop frequent and regular contacts with multiple customer functions, (e.g., purchasing, quality, and engineering), including escalation management, to achieve the desired level of customer satisfaction.
Lead the cross-functional team inside, and organise necessary resources to meet customer’s requirements, and solve problems to exceed customer’s expectations on time.
Lead commercial negotiation.
Achieve annual sales objectives.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
Above 5 years Sales & Marketing experience.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Team working spirit.
Independent Decision-Making skill.
Good negotiation and influencing skills.
Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure, willing to take challenges.
