Your new role

This role will be a Commissioning Expert, taking part in the development of the pre-com/com strategy and technical specifications, formulating, and coordinating the programs/procedures and accepting the results of the contractor's work for pre-com/com work procedures, a list of spare parts and consumables, work schedules and so on.
Besides, the person needs to work with contractors, licensors and vendors and accept engineering and vendor deliverables, including PIDs, PFDs, isometric drawings, etc. and value engineering. To be specific:
-Analyses the working documentation regarding technological systems and equipment.
-Develops and coordinates programs for pre-commissioning and commissioning of technological systems and equipment.
-Development and coordination of pre-commissioning and commissioning schedules.
-Monitors the performance of pre-commissioning and commissioning works, checking systems/subsystems for comments, and monitoring their elimination.

What you'll need to succeed

-Higher education, oil and gas refining technology; organic synthesis; machinery and apparatus of chemical industries, etc.
-Knowledge of the principles and experience of work and organisation and execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning works at petrochemical site.
-Knowledge of petrochemical production processes.
-Knowledge of basic petrochemical production equipment.
