Trade Operation

• To liaise with customers on outstanding matters in conjunction with Back Office and the Corporate Division;
• To assist the Corporate Officer to follow up various types of risks;
• To control the customers’ limits and exposures;
• To control business lines within the approved limits and to observe any excesses and discrepancies on daily and monthly basis.
• To monitor limit excess and overdue loans.
• To ensure the validity of securities.
• To execute mark to market.
• To cooperate/consult with other departments regarding control of conditions imposed by China Banking Regulatory commission relating to customers. To handle related regulatory reporting, and client account statement reconciliation.
• To ensure the covenants are duly observed.
• To follow up the pending documents for each client on monthly basis and to update the customers’ information.
