Sr Counsel - International Trade
Responsibilities:
  • Advise on legal issues in global and domestic sourcing, construction, labor, corporate, marketing, public relations, and financial services.
  • Draft and review legal documents.
  • Support business teams and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Handle disputes and manage litigation arising from transitional contracts.
  • Provide comprehensive support in dispute settlements.
  • Act as a business partner to support financial and operational goals.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with a top-tier law firm or in-house position, with expertise in commercial law.
  • PRC qualification with solid knowledge of relevant laws.
  • Experience in litigation and court representation.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a top-ranked law school.
  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English.
  • Preferred overseas education and/or work experience.
  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations, with the ability to communicate effectively with management.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Well-organized with good analytical and communication skills.
