A key trend for 2022: Rapid digital transformation across all sectors. 

 

The pandemic has continuously driven rapid transformation to all sectors, especially E-commerce, real estate, automobile, and virtual medical consultation. In order to maintain their competitiveness, businesses are expecting further acceleration in digital transformation. Meanwhile, the spotlight on cloud services and digitalization services will create more job opportunities for professionals, such as, Chief Data Officer, Cloud Engineer, Data Analyst and UX designer. 

 

In the second quarter of 2022, Hays will be publishing the ‘Greater China  Technology Salary Guide’ that will collect technology professionals’ thoughts on their career choice, including career preferences, motivation, and salary expectations. All information collected will be anonymous. We will also ensure that all participants receive a full digital report once its published.
