Terms & Conditions

Under the Hays China Refer a Friend Scheme:

•    You warrant and confirm that the referral by you to Hays does not breach any duty you (or any third party) may owe to any other person or organisation.

•    You shall not conduct any illegal behavior in any form in this scheme. You shall not utilize the scheme for any illegal purpose. 

•    You shall not make any misleading representation or any other behavior to be likely to induce the candidates or potential candidates of Hays unjustly and to interfere with their reasonable and rational choice-making. 

•    No monetary alternative is available.

•    Hays reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.

•    Hays and its supplier have no liability for lost or stolen voucher once the voucher is received by you.

•    The total amount of reward you can receive through the scheme per calendar year shall not exceed RMB1,000 JD voucher.

•    You shall ensure that you have acquired the explicit consent of your referred friend and all parties (including your referred friend and yourself) have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, Privacy Policy, before your submission of the referral.

•    You agree to refund on demand (without any time limit) any reward where you are found to be in breach of these terms.

•    Hays’ decision is final in case of any disputes.
